Upload (ftp) the installer in binary mode; Check Perl5 location (unix/linux only); Check if the cgi extension is correct for your system; Check if you put the installer where you can execute CGIs. Also check the server path in the installer.

Solution#1
Check your full server path (contact your ISP for details). On unix/linux it will be something like /home/user/pathto/store. On windows it will be something like c:\websites\your\store

Solution#2
You/the scripts do not have read/write permissions for the destination folder (contact your IPS to fix this)

Solution#3
If solutions 1 and 2 have not solved the problem.... it could be a matter of permissions. No problems. Simply manually create the store folder (also manually create data folder if this is outside the store folder) and set permissions to 777. Run the installer! Then, if your store folder has new files and sub-folders it means that you succeed. If so, set permissions to 755 (store folder).

The software can be installed and tested from our staff free of charge. You should contact our support staff at support@webmastercart.com . Provide us with your FTP login, site URL and company details. Please make sure you meet requirements

Go to the Admin Panel/Store setup and fill in the sales email field with your email address, then set the mail program.

The callback url is not correct. You shall set it through the Verisign or WorldPay admin panel. See payments.

Usally this happens when you must put CGIs in the script/cgi folder (cgi-bin). Sometimes this folders are not configured to load image-files. To fix this move your 'images' folder to the public www folder. Update 'image url' and 'image path' in the 'store setup' admin panel.

Backup/copy your 'data' folder to the new location. Then update 'data path' in the 'store setup' admin panel.

You probably need to set payments in the admin panel, or you have modified order.html template and removed $choosepayment

A few times it happens that Perl creates files under the "webserver" (as owner). If you have an admin access you will easily change the ownership. Otherwise simply try this from your FTP account: 1) download the templates to your local computer; 2) delete templates from the server; 3) re-upload the templates from your computer.
