INSTALLING WEBMASTERCART

You only need 1 file to install WEBMASTERCART. On the download page you will be asked to provide a few server details. 

• full server path to CGI files (where WEBMASTERCART will reside) 
  It will be something like /home/user/www/store or c:\websites\user\www\store.  
  
  
• full URL to CGI files
  It will call the store folder (i.e. http://www.yourdoman.com/store)
  
  
• path to perl5 (unix/linux only)
  
  
• cgi files extension (.pl or .cgi)
  
  
• admin password
  
  
• your name and email address

When you download from http://www.webmastercart.com/download.html our site will automatically generate a custom script based on your specs.

If you are not sure of the answers to these questions, please contact your ISP or download our system check script

Upload the Script to your server (set 755 permissions, if necessary).

Run the script in your web browser and follow instructions.

* After your installation is complete, delete the installation file from your server
