If you are selling digital items (files) and want to make them available for download WEBMASTERCART can handle everything. 

It is important for you to know that real file locations are hidden. This means that you can upload your files above the public www folder (where you prefer) and automatically link to them through the software. 

The download link will be automatically generated by WEBMASTERCART software when a downloadable item is purchased and "shipped".

When you want to sell downloadable items go to your admin panel and check the checkbox in the item page:

Then you will upload the file, or simply specify the sever path.

When your customers order a downloadable item and you mark their order (through the admin area) as "shipped" the customer account will automatically show a custom download-link.

Important! The download link will be shown only if your order status is "Shipped".
