WEBMASTERCART has a built-in affiliate tracking system. Your site visitors can signup, and you can then approve or reject them THROUGH your administration area.
Also, there are customizable email messages. Emails are automatically sent to your affiliates when they signup, you approve or deny the account, or a sale/customer is referred. See your admin panel.
Commission (%) paid to your affiliates is set in the store setup panel.
