WE DO NOT OFFER FREE SUPPORT. We offer support for $150 USD/hour. We utilize an integrated system that connects our staff to email support inquiries. You will never, never wait more than 24 hours.

When you send a request include your domain name and accurately describe your issue. Also, in order to insure that we can address your issue quickly please provide us with access to your admin panel and server. We do not offer phone based support.  In some cases, we may contact you by phone if we feel that is the best way to address your issue.

Upgrades
We are constantly working to improve features and functionality. Once you purchase a license you are  entitled to free upgrades (1 year) of the software. Upgrading licensed software that has been modified may require additional costs.
